An Interview with Chris O’Dell

The second year of my Film and TV Production course included a documentary module. I used this as an excuse to finally have a long-anticipated chat with one of our neighbours, BAFTA-nominated cinematographer Chris O’Dell. We’d been meaning to meet up and talk for a while, so putting a camera between us and editing it down seemed like a win/win. The interview ended up lasting about 2 hours, which I regrettably cut down to about 40 minutes. Maybe someday I’ll release the uncut footage, but I’m relatively happy with this edit for the time being.
